You choose what ships; we repack into dense export cartons and dispatch on scheduled weekly departures — air express or sea economy, standard or branded-goods channel.
We handle export formalities and provide full import documentation. Choose DDU to clear with your own EORI, or DDP with duties and VAT pre-paid. Final delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or UPS.

FAQ
DDU means you import as the buyer with your own EORI number: you pay UK/EU VAT (reclaimable if VAT-registered) and duty at clearance — cleanest for resale stock and fully reclaimable paperwork. DDP means we pre-pay taxes into the freight quote — simplest for cash-flow planning, at a premium. Most B2B resellers choose DDU.
Yes — genuine branded goods with purchase records move on our dedicated branded-goods channels. We preserve authentication tags, original retail boxes and certificates exactly as they arrive, and we can supply order records to support authenticity if your marketplace requests them.
Parcels are repacked into double-wall export cartons with void fill; retail boxes are never used as the shipping box on their own. Our volumetric-optimised packing is designed so the protection costs less in volumetric weight than it saves in damage.
Every dispatch includes a commercial invoice, packing list and carton-level manifest with SKU mapping and per-carton weights. Values are declared at purchase price — accurate and defensible, which is exactly what UK/EU customs expects from commercial importers.
You receive a dispatch notice with the manifest and tracking references, then status updates at departure, arrival, clearance and out-for-delivery — by email or WhatsApp. For recurring clients we maintain a running reconciliation sheet per dispatch.
Every dispatch is covered by all-risk cargo insurance with liability terms agreed in your service contract before anything ships. Claims are filed and handled by us — you don't chase carriers in two languages. Photo records from receiving through packing support every claim.
